Yany is one of the most active harpists in Hong Kong. She is now focus on harp teaching, competition judgement internationally and her YouTube channel for recording harp ensemble, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons series etc. She is also working as a freelance harpist in the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. As an active performer, Yany has been invited to perform as a soloist on Radio and Television board cast several times in Hong Kong. She has also been performing in different cities, including Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Seoul, etc. As an educator, Yany has been dedicated immeasurable amount of time in educating different age group, with a result in winning numerous international competitions and accomplished more than 250 times of ABRSM exams with her pupils. She was also interviewed on air with her outstanding students as demonstrating teaching excellence in lots of competitions. Besides participated in competitions and exams, she has organized several student concerts to recognize their advancement and development of performing experience. Yany has been completing in various international competitions, including the XI International “Marcel Tournier” Harp Competition 2019 (3rd prize in the highest level- Categoria A),the French Harp Competition 2017 (3rd prize in the highest level – Excellence) and the Camac Prize Taiwan Competition 2016 (2nd prize in young professional division). She has also got honorable mentions in the Lyon & Healy Awards – Los Angeles 2013 and Lyon & Healy Awards – China 2014.
