黃乃威，青年鋼琴演奏家。其「鋼琴即興演奏」曾受環球唱片公司(香港)賞識並被著名大提琴演奏家馬友友稱其 「具有令人印象深刻的才華」。黃氏曾到訪歐洲、亞洲多地舉行過個人獨奏音樂會及講座，並在多個國際比賽擔任評委，包括奧地利莫扎特大學音樂廳、香港文化中心、香港大會堂、香港禮賓府、廣州星海音樂廳、深圳大劇院、⻘島大劇院、北京中國音樂學院、⻄安音樂學院、內蒙古藝術學院、汕頭大學等; 曾合作的指揮家包括譚盾、梁建楓、辜柏麟、石家灃、張鎮等；合作的樂團包括香港管弦樂團、香港城市室內樂團、香港弦樂團、香港演藝學院交響樂團及廣州藍盾交響樂團等。

黃乃威曾受邀於「上海之春音樂展示周」、「深圳國際鋼琴音樂節」、「香港藝術，文化與音樂藝術節」、「巴塞爾藝術展」等多個知名藝術、音樂節表演。參與多個比賽評委包括「香港國際鋼琴邀請賽」、「香港-亞洲鋼琴公開比賽」、「英國Purcell國際⻘少年鋼琴比賽」、「第十屆德國巴伐利亞國際青少年鋼琴比賽」、「灣區杯粵港澳國際青少年鋼琴大賽」等; 在「紀念莫扎特誕辰260週年」與香港城市室內樂團合作演出莫扎特鋼琴協奏曲；並在CASIO與C.Bechstein合作開發的 「CELVIANO Grand Hybrid」鋼琴發佈會擔任特邀嘉賓現場演奏;曾受音樂家、主持人羅乃新女士邀請在香港電台作鋼琴演奏及音樂分享。

在作曲、即興演奏，尤其在爵士、流行、電影音樂創作等方面，黃乃威曾與香港眾多歌星合作並演出包括: 著名歌星張學友、譚詠麟、陳奕迅等。並參與著名歌星李克勤音樂專輯「復克」的錄音製作，期間也與香港著名音樂製作人金培達、舒文、馮翰銘、Eric Kwok合作。 2018及2019年黃乃威創作的原創音樂劇「英雄慶典」與「閃耀花車大巡遊」在珠海長隆海洋王國相繼上演。

黃乃威目前是香港演藝學院兼職導師，大灣區藝術教育協會理事。早年畢業於星海音樂學院附中鋼琴演奏專業， 師從冼勁松教授;遂以獎學金考入香港演藝學院，在鋼琴系主任郭嘉特教授班上修畢學士與碩士學位。期間曾與著名鋼琴家、教育家Arie Vardi、Jerome Lowenthal教授等學習琴藝，更在2013年薩爾茲堡音樂節大師班考入傳奇鋼琴家、教育家Dmitri Bashkirov班上進修學習。

Huang Naiwei is one of the most promising pianists in Hong Kong. His improvisational playing was highly praised by Universal Music (Hong Kong) and renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma and was described as an “impressive talent". He is currently a council member of the Greater Bay Area Art Education Association.

Huang has performed solo concerts and given lectures in many places in Asia and Europe, including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shantou, Qingdao, Beijing, Xi'an, Hohhot and Salzburg. He has played with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra, Hong Kong String Orchestra, and Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Symphony Orchestra and collaborated with conductors such as Tan Dun, Leung Kin-fung, Alan Cumberland, Gilbert Sak, and Zhang Zhen.

Huang has been invited to perform at various art and music festivals such as the ”Music in Town series celebrates 260th anniversary of Mozart ”, ”Shanghai Spring Music Festival" , “Yangtze River Piano Music Festival", "Shenzhen International Piano Music Festival”, ”Beijing International Music Festival & Academy” and "Art Basel,"

Huang was invited as judges for competitions such as the "Hong Kong International Piano Invitation Competition", "The Purcell International Youth Piano Competition" in the UK, and "The Hong Kong-Asia Piano Open Competition". In addition, he has collaborated with the Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra to perform Mozart's Piano Concerto at the "260th Anniversary of Mozart's Birth”. He has also been invited by pianist Nancy Loo to perform and share music on Radio Television Hong Kong.

Huang started learning piano with Mr. Yu Yang in his early years and later graduated from the Affiliated School of Xinghai Conservatory of Music, where he studied under Professor Xian Jinsong. Later he received scholarships to pursue a bachelor's and master's degree at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under Professor Gabriel Kwok, the head of the piano department. During this time, he also studied with renowned pianists and educators such as Arie Vardi and Jerome Lowenthal and participated in the studio class of legendary pianist Dmitri Bashkirov at the Salzburg Mozarteum Summer Academy in 2013.
