施坦威青年藝術家，旅美鋼琴家，多次於歐美亞洲等⼤城市舉辦演出和講座，如：捷克布拉格國際鋼琴學院、美國約翰．凱吉百年紀念⾳樂節、美國代頓藝術學院⾳樂會系列、美國特洛伊．海恩⽂化中⼼⾳樂會系列、亞太⾳樂教育研究論壇、澳⾨國際⾳樂節、澳⾨聲樂節、澳⾨青年室內樂⾳樂週、⾹港《樂．⼼》⾳樂會系列、⾹港星籟天韻⾳樂會系列，曾世界⾸演了由克拉拉．舒曼、中國著名作曲家王西麟、澳⾨作曲家林品晶和⾺來西亞作曲家趙俊毅的作品。她的表演錄⾳於中央廣播電視總台和⾹港電台等知名媒體播放，2019 年在澳⾨⾸演了⼀場雙鋼琴雙敲擊的曲⽬，並於2020 年 (⾙多芬誕辰 250週年) 舉辦了澳⾨唯⼀⼀場全⾙多芬鋼琴獨奏會。

歷年來獲多項殊榮和獎項，包括⽇本國際鋼琴比賽特別⼤獎、布魯塞爾國際⾳樂⼤賽冠軍、⾟⾟那提⼤學⾳樂學院比賽冠軍、全美⾳樂教師協會全國總決賽入圍者、美國俄亥俄州⾳樂教師協會鋼琴比賽冠軍、澳⾨⽂化局⼤獎、澳⾨基⾦會獎學⾦、澳⾨研究⽣獎學⾦、傑出學⽣獎、Irene Romanowski 鋼琴獎學⾦、Agnes Fowler 獎學⾦ 。

鋼琴演奏碩⼠畢業於美國⾟⾟那提⼤學⾳樂學院，同時修讀聲樂、⼤鍵琴，主要師從Eugene Pridonoff、Elisabeth Pridonoff 和梁以信教授。現任教於北京師範⼤學 − ⾹港浸會⼤學聯合國際學院，並為澳⾨樂團、澳⾨中樂團客席樂師，常為不同比賽擔任評審，如施坦威國際青少年鋼琴比賽、⾹港國際青少年表演藝術節、上海國際青少年鋼琴⼤賽、澳⾨−亞太青少年鋼琴公開比賽、《蓮花盃》澳⾨青少年鋼琴⼤賽、澳⾨鋼琴邀請賽、澳⾨國際藝術公開賽、“格⼒海岸杯” 珠澳青少年鋼琴⼤賽、李斯特國際公開賽、英國Purcell 國際青少年鋼琴⼤賽、台灣卓越盃國際⾳樂公開賽、亞洲 (國際) ⾳樂⼤賽。

Young Steinway Artist Sandra Ho-Suet Poon performed and gave seminars extensively in the States, Europe and Asia. She has appeared in festivals and concert series such as Prague International Piano Institute, John Cage Centennial Festival, Dayton Art Institute Musicales Series, Troy-Hayner Cultural Center Series, Asia-Pacific Symposium for Music Education Research, Macao International Music Festival, Macau Vocal Festival, Macau Chamber Music Week, Hong Kong Musical Del Cuore Series and the Hong Kong Celeste Series. Poon has world premiered works by Clara Schumann, Chinese composer Wang Xilin, Macau composer Lam Bun-Ching and Malaysian composer Jun Yi Chow. Her live recording has broadcasted at the China Central Radio & Television General Station and Radio Television Hong Kong. In 2019, She gave a Macau-premiere concert of two pianos two percussion, and performed an all Beethoven recital in 2020 (Beethoven 250th Anniversary).

Poon received numerous awards and honors, including the Special Prize at the Kayabuki Ongakudo International Competition, First Prize in Brussels International Music Competition, First Place at the College-Conservatory of Music Competition, National Finalist at the Music Teachers National Association Competition, First place at the Ohio Music Teachers Association Competition, Macao Cultural Affairs Bureau Prize, Macao Postgraduate Scholarship, Presidential Commendation for Excellence, Irene Romanowski Piano Scholarship and Agnes Fowler Scholarship.

Under the sponsorship and scholarship of the Macao Foundation, Macao Government and universities, Poon received her Master degree in Piano Performance at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Her major mentors include Eugene and Elisabeth Pridonoff, Dr. Jackson Leung. She is currently teaching at the Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University United International College and serves as the guest keyboardist of Macao Orchestra and Macao Chinese Orchestra. She is frequently invited as jury member in different competitions, for instance, Steinway & Sons International Youth Piano Competition, Hong Kong International Youth Performance Arts Festival, Shanghai International Youth Piano Competition, Macao - Asia Pacific Youth Piano Competition, "Lotus Cup" Macao Youth Piano Competition, Macao Piano Competition, Macao International Art Open Competition, Zhuhai Macau Youth Piano Competition, International Liszt Ferenc Competition, Purcell International Competition for Young Pianists, Excellence International Music Open Competition and Asia (International) Music Competition.
